As you can see from the tweet below, Nexis Games is heavily teasing the announcement of a 3rd party title for a Nintendo Platform later this week.
An update to their community page promises an in depth reveal, developer interview, images, and details straight from the creator.

This week’s Famitsu revealed the upcoming 3DS tittle from Imageepoch, a simulation RPG called Stella Glow.
The game is being made in honor of the company’s 10th anniversary, and will be set in a world of fantasy and magic.
Not many details have been released so far, but here is what we know:
– Quater view battle setup
– Story surounds the use of the “song magic” and “witches”
