My Navi asked a number of folks about their favorite Nintendo franchises. Male and female gamers participated in the survey.

I guess this validates the rumors that Epic Mickey 2 will be available as a dual pack with the original game in France. No word on a release in other territories at this time.

Nintendo confirms region-lock for Wii U

Nope, Famitsu wasn’t crazy. The Wii U really will be region-locked.
Nintendo UK was able to confirm to Eurogamer that this is in fact the case. So if you have a US Wii U and wish to play a Japanese game, you’ll need a separate Japanese console to play it.
