Ubisoft Quebec is currently looking for new staffers to join a team that is working on a “new AAA MMORPG” title. The studio has previously developed Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands for Wii, TMNT for DS, and a few other games. The Quebec team has provided assistance on the last couple of Assassin’s Creed titles as well.

Here’s the interesting bit for Nintendo fans: it’s possible that the project is in the works for Wii U.

Ubisoft’s Emile Gauthier tweeted the following a few hours ago:

“Ubisoft Quebec is working on a NEW AAA MMORPG Game and we need people to fill these very strategic positions http://lnkd.in/hPMFDf”

If you follow that link, you’ll see that there are a couple of job postings for a AAA Wii U game. The listings were added in today. Could this be the MMORPG Gauthier was referring to?

Recent issues of Famitsu, V-Jump, and Jump Weekly contained extensive articles on Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance. Most of the details have been translated, which we’ve posted for you below.

World Introduction

The Hunchback of Notredame world: “Le Cité des Cloches”

Appearing Characters

• Quasimodo – The young man confined within Notredame Cathedral. He favors Esmeralda who helped him despite his appearance.
• Esmeralda – A beautiful gypsy girl who loves her freedom. She has a strong sense of justice and has caught the eye of Frollo.
• Phoebus – The skilled captain of the guard who was summoned by Frollo. Frollo orders him to eradicate the gypsies from the city, but he gradually begins to disobey.
• Claude Frollo – He is a judge with substantial control of the city. Because of his hatred of gypsies, his methods of removing them become violent.

There are great number of scenes including Sora telling Quasimodo to run, Riku meeting Esmeralda, and others involving Sora and Riku.

Harvest Moon: The Land’s Origin will be released in Japan on February 23. Marvelous AQL announced the news earlier today.

The Harvest Moon 3DS title will be playable at Jump Festa 2012. Fans who play the game’s demo will be given a “puzzle keyholder”.
