December 12: SuperAuthenti has announced Catly, and it’s heading to Nintendo Switch. A release window has not yet been confirmed.

My Time at Sandrock receives Sandrock Online on Nintendo Switch

It’s been announced that Sandrock Online, the multiplayer component to My Time at Sandrock, is now available on Nintendo Switch.

We previously saw Killing Time: Resurrected digitally on Nintendo Switch, but now there’s a physical release happening as well. This comes courtesy of Limited Run Games.
The company currently has plans for just a standard version. No special editions have been announced at this time.
Nintendo of America veteran Don James to be given Lifetime Achievement Award at DICE Awards

Today, the Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences (AIAS) announced that Don James will be honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award at the 28th annual DICE Awards. The event will take place on February 13, 2025, at the Aria Resort in Las Vegas.
James, who served as the executive VP of operations for Nintendo of America, was with the company for over forty years. He joined in 1981 and just retired this year. AIAS says James was both a leader and cornerstone at Nintendo of America during his lengthy run.

2008 RPG Off on the way to Nintendo Switch

Off, an RPG that was originally released in 2008, is now making the jump to Nintendo Switch. The game is slated for sometime in 2025.
Off was originally made by Unproductive Fun Time. After the French-language game picked up steam following a strong fan reception, the studio gave its blessing for an English fan translation in 2011.

Idea Factory shared the latest on Neptunia Riders VS Dogoos, revealing that the Swimsuit Costume Set has been cancelled on Nintendo Switch.
The company says it has been cancelled on Nintendo Switch for “not complying with Nintendo guidelines.” Because of that, the Magazine and Deluxe editions have lowered in price. This follows the news that the Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth games and Death end re;Quest: Code Z were cancelled on Nintendo Switch in the west for a similar reason.
Tactical gambling RPG Dance of Cards coming to Nintendo Switch

Pineapple Works, together with GoodMorningMrFrog, announced today that Dance of Cards is seeing release on Nintendo Switch. The game arrives on January 23, 2025.
Dance of Cards is a tactical gambling RPG. The goal here is to try and survive seven days of a deadly cruise by playing poker.
All You Need is Help gains “12 Days of Christmas” update

In celebration of the holiday season, All You Need is Help just went live with a new “12 Days of Christmas” update.
The update features an advent calendar with new special items and gimmicks for 12 days straight. This limited time event runs between December 23, 2024 and January 4, 2025. Players can look forward to Christmas trees, giant balloons, fireworks, and more.

Atari shared the news today that it will produce a physical release for RollerCoaster Tycoon Classic on Nintendo Switch. It will be available on April 25, 2025.
RollerCoaster Tycoon Classic just launched digitally earlier in the month. This one combines the best features from two of the original games in the series: RollerCoaster Tycoon and RollerCoaster Tycoon 2.
