Nintendo has given its maintenance schedule an update for the week of July 23, 2023 is now available. Several different sessions are planned for the next couple of days, with Switch naturally being impacted quite a bit.

Madshot launch trailer

Tying in with the full debut of Madshot, a launch trailer for the acrobatic, rogue-lite shooter has emerged. This one appeared on Switch this week.

Venice 2089

Venice 2089 previously came to PC at the end of last year, but a new console version is just about ready to go on Switch. According to an eShop listing, it will launch on July 27, 2023.

The game is officially described as an “emotional and thought-provoking adventure”. Players can explore a future Venice that’s struggling with the effects of slowly rising water and destroying the city in the process. You’ll play as a bored teenager who has a hoverboard and a drone. 

Might & Magic: Clash of Heroes - Definitive Edition gameplay

Going along with the release of Might & Magic: Clash of Heroes – Definitive Edition, we have new gameplay on Switch. This marks the return of the classic DS title.

Kirby's Return to Dream Land Deluxe character outlines

HAL Laboratory has explained the decision to include new graphical outlines for the characters in Kirby’s Return to Dream Land Deluxe.

The Switch title isn’t just a port of the original Wii game, as it contains new content as well as a number changes. One such change concerns the outlines for the playable characters.

Pikmin 4 has finally launched on Switch, and if you’ve picked up the game, we’re interested in hearing your early impressions.

It’s been a long wait for the next major entry in the series as Pikmin 3 first appeared on Wii U in 2013. And despite Shigeru Miyamoto saying a couple of years later that the fourth game was “close to completion”, it wasn’t until yesterday that the game launched on Switch.
