Nicalis announced today that it’s working on a physical version of The Legend of Bum-bo for Switch. It will be available in Q3 2023.

A “Borf Box” edition is also planned with an exclusive Travel Play Set of Bum-bo “stickies,” all contained in a corrugated cardboard outer sleeve that reflects the handmade look of the in-game graphics. The Play Set includes colorful die-cut vinyl characters and items that cling to either side of the included reversible background card; they can be removed and repositioned to create endless variations of scenes from the game or from the player’s imagination.
