Famitsu published a few images from Etrian Odyssey: Millennium Girl on its website today. The art pieces are full-size, but unfortunately, the publication didn’t share any direct-feed screenshots. We’ll have to settle with a few tiny snapshots of official magazine preview pages for now.
Smash Bros. 3DS listed as “coming soon” in Nintendo PR
Posted on 11 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in 3DS, News | 0 comments
Nintendo will be showing the first “images” of the next Smash Bros. games for Wii U and 3DS at E3. The company’s promise should be a sign that development has progressed quite a bit. Release dates for both titles are still very much up in the air, but perhaps there’s a sign from the Big N that we’ll be seeing them sooner rather than later.
Nintendo recently published a set of facts covering the 3DS’ two-year anniversary. LEGO City Undercover: The Chase Begins, Animal Crossing: New Leaf, Super Smash Bros., and Pokémon X/Pokémon Y are all listed as “coming soon”.
Kickstarter: Lords of New York could come to the Wii U eShop
Posted on 11 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in News, Wii U eShop | 0 comments
Lords of New York, a new game from Lunchtime Studios seeking funding, could head to the Wii U eShop.
The adventure RPG sees players “follow the story of one of three high stakes poker players as they pursue their life’s ambitions and become one of New York’s elite.” Lunchtime Studios writes on its Kickstarter page that in Lords of New York, “Each character has unique gameplay, end goals and poker style (cheating, intuition or statistics) all designed to support a compelling story arc. While the paths of their stories may cross, they are completely different, increasing the game’s replayability.”
Wii U is included in the developer’s platform plans. If Lords of New York were to be fully funded, it would be available on the eShop at launch.
We should caution that Lunchtime Studios has set a rather high funding ceiling on Kickstarter. With only $11,063 raised out of a near $300,000 goal, it’s going to be difficult to reach that total.
You can find more information about Lords of New York on the Kickstarter page here.

Neko Entertainment bringing Kung Fu Rabbit to Wii U
Posted on 11 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in News | 0 comments
Puddle developer Neko Entertainment will be releasing Kung Fu Rabbit on the Wii U eShop. Originally made available on iOS and Android thanks to the efforts from developer Cazap and Ctools and publisher Bulkypix, Neko now hopes to improve upon the game by offering a non-touch controls version and a better overall experience for Nintendo’s console.
Kung Fu Rabbit is a pure 2D platformer that has players set on a journey to rescue their bunny disciples. You’ll be able to use a variety of control schemes including the GamePad, Wii U Pro Controller, Wii Remote or Classic Controller.
Neko Entertainment has also provided the following official details:
Life in the temple of rabbits hangs by a thread. Universal Evil has struck again and kidnapped all of your disciples. Only you managed to escape. They let you live… They’ll soon regret it!
Use your agility and combat skills to save your disciples! Jump from roof to roof, slide gracefully along walls, sneak up on your enemies, and rip them to shreds!
Detailed graphics, humour, hours of gameplay and intuitive controls. Each of the 80 levels requires logic, precision, agility and Kung Fu Rabbit mastery.
Kill the Evil and save the babies, eat the carrots and unlock trophies!
- 80 levels in normal and hard mode (dozen hours of play!)
- 15 unlockable items to customize your rabbit.
Kung Fu Rabbit is just a few weeks away from launch. The game is currently in Nintendo’s hands and will likely be seeing a mid-April launch.
You can find a trailer of Kung Fu Rabbit in action above.
