This is kinda sorta like a Nintendo Direct… building off of the one from last week:

Remember Arc System Works’ DSiWare title BlayzBloo? Reports surfacing out of this week’s Famitsu reveal that a follow-up of sorts is in the works, titled “BlayzBloo: Chrono Phantasma”.

Famitsu doesn’t make clear if this will be a downloadable or retail release. At the moment, the only piece of information we have concerns Chrono Phantasma’s release timeframe. It will be out in Japan this winter.

Nicalis has previously talked about bringing Guxt to the 3DS eShop, but I don’t believe we ever had an official confirmation that it would be happening. Well, now we do!

It sounds like the 3DS version of Guxt will feature a vertical display mode. That’s probably good news for fans of arcade shooters.

And for those wondering, Guxt (as well as Ikachan) will be cheaper than the eShop version of Cave Story.

Mass Effect 3: Special Edition won’t be making use of Miiverse’s features. Direct from developer Straight Right, founder Tom Crago noted that the team never truly considered implementing its features based on the context of the game.

Crago said:

“Miiverse functionality isn’t in Mass Effect 3. In the context of the game we never really talked about it. However, it’s something we’re interested in as a studio and with future titles that we might release we would love to look more into it.”
