Update: Harvest Moon deal is gone.

A few of the Ace Attorney games have apparently been re-printed. Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney, Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney: Trials and Tribulations, Ace Attorney Investigations: Miles Edgeworth, and Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney are all in stock on Amazon for $20. Justice for All is missing, unfortunately – it’s my personal favorite!

Another round of Nintendo maintenance (“extended” this time, not “emergency”!) will be taking place on all of Nintendo’s platforms over the next few days.

The bulk of the downtime is happening today. Each one of Nintendo’s online shops will be down between 12 PM and 6 PM PT. Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate, Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed, and Fist of the North Star: Ken’s Rage 2 will be affected at different parts of the day as well.

Tomorrow’s maintenance is much lighter – only Pokemon Black/White 1/2 will see downtime.

Fez creator Phil Fish seemed to throw a whole lot of negativity towards Nintendo on Twitter yesterday. Fish wrote that the company’s adoption of a dual screen design is a “gimmick”, as is the implementation of 3D. His tweets were highlighted by his desire to see Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate on the PlayStation Vita since it supports two joysticks.

Fish’s initial comments resulted in a significant amount of backlash, but since then, his comments have been clarified.

The 3DS itself isn’t a gimmick, according to Fish. Rather, he feels that “some aspects of their designs are inelegant.” Fish is a big fan of Nintendo, though, and he personally does “like the DS and 3DS just fine in many, many ways.”

Entries on Amazon UK show a trio of newly-design eShop cards. The retailer lists £15, £25, and £50 cards featuring Toad, Luigi and Mario art respectively. All three can be used to purchase digital content on a Wii, Wii U, 3DS, and DSi.

No word yet on when the cards will be released. Soon, hopefully.
