Zombies Overloaded

Zombies Overloaded is heading to Nintendo Switch, Brainium Games and Vinterm Games shared today. Look for it in Q2 2025.

Zombies Overloaded is an arcade-inspired shooter in which players will fight, dodge, and nuke their way through endless hordes. It features crazy weapons and power-ups, bosses to take on, and more.

Mamorukun ReCurse

City Connection, Clear River Games, G.rev, and Take x Off today announced Mamorukun ReCurse for Nintendo Switch. The game launches later in 2025.

We originally reported on plans to bring back Mamorukun Curse last year. However, it wasn’t clear what form the project would be taking at the time. With today’s announcement, we now know that it’s a full remaster of the arcade shooter with widescreen format and modern twin-stick controls.

Camper Van Make It Home release date

Camper Van: Make it Home almost has its release date, as it’s now confirmed that the game is on track for a June launch. A specific date will be provided soon.

It’s been a couple of years since we last reported on the game. As a reminder, the wholesome game has players decorating and organizing a camper van.

Nintendo has updated its privacy, and it includes a note that it “may collect, monitor and record audio and video of your chat sessions with other users to provide a safe and secure environment for certain of our services”.

This news comes ahead of the Nintendo Switch 2 launch, which includes the GameShare feature and ability to communicate with friends. Nintendo previously confirmed that the functionality includes a report feature.


GungHo and Falcom have announced that Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter has locked in a release date of September 19, 2025.  Alongside the release date, more of the Japanese voice cast was detailed in this week’s Famitsu magazine.

The turn-based RPG was originally announced in a 2024 as The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky the 1st, and is a remake of 2004’s The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky. This will mark the game’s first appearance on a Nintendo console and will include fully voice-acted cutscenes in English and Japanese, various changes to the gameplay, and a fully 3D art style.

Today, it was announced that Arcade Archives Punk Shot is heading to Nintendo Switch. The title is slated for release tomorrow, May 8.

If you’re into sports, Punk Shot might be for you. The 1990-released title has basketball gameplay, but added to the mix are things like interference and attacks.

Red Death, Null Drifter, Project Starship X physical

Red Art Games today announced Bullet Hell Collection: Volume 2, which is a physical release for Red Death, Null Drifter, and Project Starship X. It will be available on November 7, 2025.

Red Death, Null Drifter, and Project Starship X will all be available on a single cartridge. This marks the first time they’ve been made available physically.

Double Dragon Gaiden Rise of the Dragons Jeff and Abore

March 17: Double Dragon Gaiden: Rise of the Dragons just announced that Jeff and Abore are coming to the game via DLC. Both will be entirely free.

As of now we’re waiting to hear on all of the details. However, Jeff and Abore will be added to Double Dragon Gaiden: Rise of the Dragons as part of an April content update.
