SEGA may have let a couple details slip about Sonic Lost World through its official Sonic Facebook page.
Three images are rumored to have been shown on the page while more information had been promised for May 29. The first photo described sounds quite a bit like the official artwork piece released today. Another image, Sonic Stadium writes, “is said to have featured the outline of six ‘guardians’ from the game who may be friends or foes.”

EA Sports software engineer slams Wii U on Twitter
Posted on 11 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in News, Wii U | 0 comments
Update: Summerwill’s tweets have been removed, so we’ve added in a screencap of his more-recent comments instead.
This hasn’t been a good month for the Wii U in terns of EA news.
A few weeks ago, DICE’s Frostbite technical director Johan Andersson said that Frostbite 3 has never been running on Wii U while Frostbite 2 tests were “not too surprising”. EA ended up announcing Frostbite Go for mobile platforms just a couple of days ago.
And just recently, EA confirmed that it isn’t working on any Wii U games. When asked why the publisher isn’t bringing FIFA to the console this year, a spokesperson pointed to poor sales of last year’s release.
Unfortunately, things haven’t stopped there. EA Sports senior software engineer Bob Summerwill has pretty much trashed the Wii U on Twitter, calling it “crap” and “Less powerful than an Xbox 360.” The console’s online store and GamePad were also criticized. And that was only one tweet.
Here’s the full roundup of Summerwill’s quotes:

Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures may not be the only new Pac-Man game in the works. Yesterday, Namco Bandai registered trademarks for “Pac-Man Dash!” and “Pac-Man Monsters”. What exactly these trademarks are related to are currently unclear, but I’m sure we’ll find out in due time.

Fire Emblem: Awakening DLC goes uncensored in Europe
Posted on 11 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in 3DS, News | 2 Comments
Fire Emblem: Awakening’s “Summer Scramble” DLC is out now in Europe. As you may remember, Nintendo censored a moment of one CG scene for the North American release.
In Europe, Nintendo kept the scene in tact. It’s exactly the same as it was in the original Japanese version – there’s no censor whatsoever.
I wonder what makes North American so “special”…
