Hynpytol is about to make its way to Nintendo Switch, according to an eShop listing. Those that are interested can pick it up on January 16, 2025.
Hynpytol is a puzzle action adventure game inspired by games of the 90’s. The title revolves around saving a crumbling immune system.

Nintendo has shared more details on Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition details – specifically Quick Recast, Hraesvelg, and Neil Nail (official English name TBA). These are new elements that were not included in the Wii U original.
As for Quick Recast, this reduces the cooldown timer for Arts and can be performed with the Y button. If you’ve seen the new trailer and footage from this week, you may have noticed a green gauge used during battle. If you use Quick Recast, you’ll use up some of that gauge. As of now it seems it can be refilled with auto attacks.
3D platformer Kero Quest 64 coming to Nintendo Switch

Kero Quest 64, which is currently on Kickstarter, has reached its funding goal and is also now confirmed for Nintendo Switch release. A stretch goal was met to bring the title to the console.
Kero Quest 64 is a 3D platformer inspired by games from the 90s. In the game, you’ll play as a blue frog looking to stop a prince from abusing his newly gained powers. GalaxyTrail of Freedom Planet fame will be involved with publishing.

Jar Jar Binks is joining Star Wars: Episode I: Jedi Power Battles as a new playable character, Aspyr just revealed.
The game is more than just a simple remaster of the classic game. Aside from updates like a modern control scheme, new characters will be added – and yes, Jar Jar Binks will be among them. There’ll also be a Tusken Raider, a Rodian, and more.
Temirana: The Lucky Princess and the Tragic Knights delayed to 2026 in the west

Idea Factory just announced a delay for the western version of Temirana: The Lucky Princess and the Tragic Knights.
Previously, the otome title was scheduled for 2025 in North America and Europe. Both regions will now be getting it in 2026, with a specific date to be provided later. Idea Factory did not provide a reason for the delay.

Bandai Namco released its latest Tales of Graces f Remastered character trailer, and now we have one for Richard.
Richard is the beloved prince of Windor. Asbel is his childhood friend and still thinks of him highly to this day. Bandai Namco notes that Richard “is sensitive and calm, and prefers to avoid conflict.”
Rumor: Final Fantasy 7 Remake and Rebirth planned for Nintendo Switch 2

Final Fantasy 7 Remake and Rebirth are both rumored to be making an appearance on Nintendo Switch 2. That claim comes from NateDrake, who said on the latest Nate the Hate podcast that he “can confirm” both RPGs will be on the console.
Both titles are also planned for Xbox. NateDrake said that Final Fantasy 7 Remake is due out first in 2025 followed by Rebirth in 2026. However, it’s unclear if the Nintendo Switch 2 and Xbox versions would launch at the same time.
