Fire Emblem Warriors Three Hopes Mysterious Mercenary

Nintendo and Koei Tecmo have just issued a new Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes trailer, which is titled “Mysterious Mercenary”.

In the video, we’re able to get a look at Shez who meets Edelgard, Dimitri, Claude, and other characters while fighting for the future of Fódlan. The game has players aligning with a leader to build and command an army in 1 vs. 1,000-style battles and deep strategy. Depending on the house chosen, a different story will be presented with a different outcome. There’ll be three stories in total.

Taito Milestones Collection gameplay

Taito Milestones Collection is about to land on Switch in the west, though an early look is available with plenty of gameplay. A total of 41 minutes of footage has come in.

Metal Max Xeno: Reborn release date

Nearly a year after Metal Max Xeno: Reborn was confirmed for the west, the game has a final release date. PQube announced today that the title will be available in North America and Europe on June 10, 2022.

Metal Max Xeno: Reborn was first announced for Switch in 2019. It then debuted in Japan back in September 2020.

Over the years we’ve seen many instances in which Nintendo resorted to a very common strategy in the gaming industry: releasing a very successful title followed by a sequel using many of the tools created for its predecessor. Engine, assets, animation, and other elements are some of the things that are brought back.

Now we’re waiting on the sequel to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, which seems to be taking a lot of elements from the last successful Zelda game. In today’s video, I decided to take a look at other direct sequels that Nintendo produced in the past, analyzing the different strategies and trying to see where the new Zelda may fit into that. Knights in the Nightmare Remaster came to Switch in Japan this past week, and gameplay has since emerged. 24 minutes of footage is available.

Knights in the Nightmare Remaster is based on the original title that previously landed on DS over a decade ago. It’s a strategy-shooter RPG made by Sting.
