A couple of years ago, the 2D action side-scroller Earth’s Dawn came to a few different platforms. That same game is now confirmed for Switch.

A specific release date hasn’t been announced for Earth’s Dawn. However, since it’s expected within the next few days, January 25 could be a likely target.

Here’s some additional information and a trailer:

Later this week, the adventure game Her Majesty’s Spiffing is set to arrive on the Switch eShop. Take a look at some footage in the video below.

On an episode of Daan Koopman’s eShop Action Committee podcast, Image & Form’s Brjann Sigurgeirsson has announced that the original SteamWorld Dig will be released on Nintendo Switch on February 1st. On the North American eShop, the game will cost $9.99.

SteamWorld Dig was originally released on Nintendo 3DS back in 2013 and was later ported to other platforms. Its sequel, SteamWorld Dig 2, was one of the most commercially successful and critically acclaimed indie games on the Switch last year.

It’s time for the latest Famitsu’s most wanted games chart. Shin Megami Tensei V is back in the top ten, and Bayonetta 3 enters the chart for the first time.

Head past the break for the full chart. All votes were cast between December 28 and January 10.

Iast year, Nintendo and Intelligent Systems held a special Choose Your Legends event for Fire Emblem Heroes. It allowed users to vote on their favorite characters from various entries in the franchise.

This same event is now being brought back for a second consecutive year. Once again, you can choose your favorite character here. Votes can be carried out once per day over the next week.

Note that if you cast your vote with a Nintendo Account, you will receive 100 Platinum Points as a gift at a later date. The top characters will appear in Fire Emblem Heroes down the road as special versions.

GameFly has posted the tentative boxart for Atelier Lydie & Suelle: Alchemists of the Mysterious Painting, attached above. It may end up being the final design as the western launch is just a couple of months away. If there are any changes, we’ll share the updated packaging image.
