Hamster is bringing Juno First to Nintendo Switch as its latest Arcade Archives game for Nintendo Switch, the company has announced. It will be available everywhere tomorrow, March 13.
Juno First was originally made by Konami. The shoot ’em up game originally launched in 1983 for arcades.

Splatoon 3 9.3.0 update announced, patch notes

Nintendo is about to release the latest update for Splatoon 3, which is version 9.3.0. It should be going out tomorrow, March 12, in North America and March 13 in Europe.
This is the first update the game is introducing since November. As usual, there are a ton of adjustments here for weapons and more. A number of bugs have also been fixed.

Uncle Chop’s Rocket Shop 1.1 update adds new content

There’s a new update available for Uncle Chop’s Rocket Shop across all platforms today, including Nintendo Switch.
The patch adds seven brand-new vending machines and five powerful omen upgrades, giving players even more ways to customize a run. There’s also a new ship type and a jukebox in the Speakeasy, where you can choose the soundtrack to your work day. Of course, bug fixes are included as well.

In an announcement from Limited Run Games, the company announced plans for a physical release of Under Defeat on Nintendo Switch.
The title will be available by itself or with a Deluxe Edition. If you’re interested in the latter, you’ll receive a deluxe box, soundtrack CD, art book, eleven art cards, and a poster as bonuses.

Old Skies finally gets release date, new trailer after six years in development

Today, Wadjet Eye Games finally confirmed its release date for Old Skies. The title heads to Nintendo Switch on April 23, 2025.
We’ve been waiting on this one quite a bit as the original announcement for Nintendo’s console took place in 2022. Designer Dave Gilbert has been working on this one for almost six years.

Alongside today’s digital launch, Centum has now been confirmed for physical release on Nintendo Switch.
The boxed version, known as the Premium Physical Edition, is planned for this fall. Copies include the game on a cartridge, DIY papercraft aelle, glow-in-the-dark sticker sheet, and beosphere digital download card with soundtrack, wallpaper, and icon pack.

Cozy Land, decorating game about arranging a city, lands on Nintendo Switch this month

RedDeerGames will release Cozy Land on Nintendo Switch this month, the company announced today. The game is scheduled to arrive on March 27, 2026.
Cozy Land is a cozy game about arranging an entire city. The title contains over 400 decorations, both natural, such as trees and shrubs, and those in the city’s most important, houses and buildings.

January 28: Not one, but two classic Harvest Moon games have been announced for Nintendo Switch with The Lost Valley and Skytree Village on the way as part of Natsume’s Cozy Bundle. They’ll be available this summer.
Harvest Moon: The Lost Valley and Skytree Village previously debuted on Nintendo 3DS. For the Nintendo Switch versions, both games will be included on a single cartridge and with all DLC.

Ender Magnolia gets 1.1.0 update with Boss Rush Mode, New Game+, more

A new update has just been released for Ender Magnolia: Bloom In the Mist, which is highlighted by a brand new Boss Rush Mode and New Game+.
The new mode unlocks after beating all bosses in the main game, and it can be found in the “Memories” menu (there’s also a boss rematch feature here). You’ll receive different amounts of “Fragments” depending on which difficulty you clear this on.
Another big feature of the update is New Game+. You’ll keep your parameters, skills, and items, but enemies will be tougher.

Tetris 99 reveals 46th Maximus Cup with Xenoblade Chronicles X theme

March 10: Tetris 99 is planning its 46th Maximus Cup, and this time around, a new theme based on Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition is up for grabs. This comes in celebration of the RPG’s launch on Nintendo Switch next week.
Anyone that’s a part of the Nintendo Switch Online program can participate. During the event, you’ll need to play the online mode, which grants points for each match. The higher you place, the more points you’ll earn. Nintendo will be giving out the Xenoblade Chronicles X theme once 100 points are collected. The theme comes with background art, music, and Tetrimino designs based on the game.
