The Touhou Nintendo Switch news just keeps coming in, and now we know that Fantasy Maiden Wars: Dream of the Stray Dreamer will be released on the platform in English. Fans will be able to grab it in 2025.

Fantasy Maiden Wars: Dream of the Stray Dreamer is a fantasy tactical RPG in which players command over 70 characters across grid-based battles. We’ve been waiting a long time for this one as it was unveiled way back in 2021 as Gensou Shoujo Wars.

Troublemaker: Raise Your Gang

In just a couple of weeks, Troublemaker: Raise Your Gang will be seeing a release on Nintendo Switch. Soft Source Publishing and Gamecom Team shared plans for the game today and confirmed the launch for July 31, 2025.

Troublemaker: Raise Your Gang is a 3D high school beat ’em up game. As part of a fighting tournament, you’ll fight your way to the top of the social food chain.

Hyperspaced

Headup and Rarebyte are making Hyperspaced for Nintendo Switch, both companies announced today. It’ll be out in just a few days with the launch scheduled for July 22, 2025.

Hyperspaced is a chaotic co-op action game. In it, players and their crew blast enemies, fight fires, clean up, repair, recycle and explore the galaxy they’re tasked to save, along the way.

Confirmed today, Arcade Archives Super Basketball is gearing up for an imminent Nintendo Switch launch. A worldwide release is planned for tomorrow, July 17.

Touhou Scarlet Curiosity

July 14: Yet another Touhou game is on the way to Nintendo Switch, with Touhou: Scarlet Curiosity having now been announced. The game launches later in 2025.

Touhou: Scarlet Curiosity is an action RPG with bullet hell elements that originally debuted way back in 2016. In the game, you’ll follow vampire Remilia Scarlet and her maid Sakuya as they set off to chase rumors of a massive monster.

Ratalaika Games will publish a Nintendo Switch version of Karma City Police this week, the company has announced. Fans can grab it on July 18, 2025.

Karma City Police is a police dispatch sim made by Mecagames. As part of the adventure, you’ll talk to victims to discover their needs and fight in a unique pinball-based battle system.

The Rise of the Golden Idol Age of Restraint DLC

Heads up for The Rise of the Golden Idol players – new DLC went live today known as Golden Idol Investigations: The Age of Restraint.

Four new scenarios are packed in, and for the first time, players will visit an alien setting. Included is a look at the fabled civilization that created Golden Idol first hand.

April 28: Flynn’s Arcade has picked up Ion Shift for publishing on Nintendo Switch, the company has announced. A release window was not provided.

First released at the end of last year, Ion Shift is a hardcore 2D platformer with a sandbox-style approach to combat arenas. Electro Soul Games was the original developer behind the project.

Arashi Gaiden

December 10: Statera Studio, in partnership with Wired Dreams Studio, announced that Arashi Gaiden is coming to Nintendo Switch. As of now it has a very tentative Q4 2025 release window.

Arashi Gaiden is a turn-based action game at its core. This one is actually set in the same world as Pocket Bravery and “expands the story of an important part of the game’s Japanese core.”

Islanders New Shores trailer

Islanders: New Shores released this week, and along with that, we have a final launch trailer. This new serene strategy game is available on Nintendo Switch now.
