Thymesia Cloud Version announced for Switch, out next week

Publisher Team17 and developer OverBorder Studio have revealed that Thymesia is coming to Switch, but as a Cloud Version. The game launches on August 18 – the same day as all other platforms.
Up until now, there was no word on Thymesia making it to Switch. While it isn’t the most ideal solution for many, it is at least an option for playing the game on Nintendo’s console.
Kirby’s Dream Buffet releasing August 17

Original: At the end of the Kirby 30th Anniversary Music Fest Live, it was announced that Kirby’s Dream Buffet will release next week on August 17 in Japan via the eShop. There is no word yet on whether this launch date will apply to other regions, which currently still have a Summer 2022 release window. In Japan, the game will cost 1500 yen.

Action platformer Moonscars coming to Switch in September

The 2D action platformer Moonscars is on the way to Switch, publisher Humble Games and developer Black Mermaid confirmed today. Its release is slated for September 27, 2022.
Moonscars was announced earlier this year, but this is the first time we’re hearing about plans for the game on Switch. We have lots of additional information in the overview below.

Lucid Dreams Studio today announced Biomorph, an action-packed 2D soulslike Metroidvania game. It will debut on Switch sometime in 2023.

Puzzle platformer Overloop coming to Switch eShop August 26

Publisher Digerati have announced that they will be bringing Overloop to Switch via the eShop on August 26. Developed by Charge Games, Overloop will have the player creating and sacrificing clones of themselves to solve the game’s many puzzles and obstacles.

BROK the InvestiGator slated for this winter on Switch, new trailer

After it was first announced at the start of 2021, BROK the InvestiGator is nearing completion and has secured an initial release date. Cowcat says that the “punch and click” title will first appear on PC on August 26, 2022. All console versions, including Switch, will follow this winter.
