IE Online Entertainment’s first project as an indie developer will be “Super Cordon Bleu”, the company announced today. The game is described as “a classic 2D platformer inspired by the original Super Mario Bros. series.” Precision platforming will come into play “that will hopefully test the skills of even the most hard core game masters while still providing enough charm and fun for even the most novice of gamers.”

IE Online Entertainment intends to launch a Kickstarter sometime in the future. Even if the target isn’t met, the studio tells us that Super Cordon Bleu will be completed and the title will release on both Wii U and Steam.
