Yesterday we heard that Disney Infinity 2.0 could be launching in August. That information was based on a deleted post on the official Disney Fan Club D23 website. As it turns out though, the report was “incorrect.”
Disney Interactive passed along the following statement to Game Informer:
“In D23?s News Briefs published April 15, 2014, we erroneously reported about the launch of the next chapter of Disney Infinity. This information was incorrect. More news about Disney Infinity will be shared on April 30, and we hope you will check back for that update.”

Update: Analyst David Gibson has provided specific sales information, including 3DS results:

Nintendo hasn’t shared any sort of official information about the Wii U’s performance in the US last month, but things were far from stellar. Sales of Nintendo’s newest console – combined with the Wii – are said to be under 100,000 units.
That information comes from NeoGAF’s “creamsugar”, who is known for providing accurate NPD leaks.
creamsugar also shared a statistic pertaining to Yoshi’s New Island as well. It sounds like the game’s software sales combined with the special 3DS XL system sold under 160,000 units.

Ubisoft believes Watch Dogs will be one of this year’s best-selling games
Posted on 10 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in News, Wii U | 13 Comments
Ubisoft has very high expectations for Watch Dogs. With “hugely promising” pre-orders, the company thinks its open-world game will be one of the best-selling titles this year and “one of the best selling new IPs in recent memory”.
Ubisoft’s Wayne Greenwell told MCV:
“Excitement for the product remains incredibly high and gamers are desperate to finally get their hands on the title. This is reflected in our pre-orders which are hugely promising for a new IP and highlights the enthusiasm that has surrounded the product since it was first unveiled to the world.
“With Watch Dogs, Ubisoft is building a new blockbuster brand to stand alongside other top tier triple-A titles and we expect it to be not only one of the best selling new IPs in recent memory, but also one of the best selling titles throughout 2014.”
Ubisoft has significant marketing plans in store for Watch Dogs. This include a tech-focused marketing campaign (such as apps and live streaming technology), along with TV, print and online ads.
