Animal Crossing: New Horizons is still in the lead this week, boosted by its 3.0.0 update. For new games, Dragon Quest 7 Reimagined just misses out on the top ten.

A launch trailer has surfaced for Carmageddon: Rogue Shift, which just came to Nintendo Switch 2. After the series started in 1997, this new entry is a spin-off roguelite vehicular combat game.

Yoshinao Yamagishi, the development producer for Dynasty Warriors: Origins on Nintendo Switch 2, has spoken about this new version of the hack and slash title.
Speaking with Dengeki Online, Yamagishi acknowledged that Koei Tecmo didn’t initially know it would be possible. to bring the game over. However, the company knew about fan interest in set out to making the port possible.
Nintendo Switch 2 is getting its first Tales of game, Tales of Arise, and new details are available covering the frame rate and resolution.
First, let’s talk about frame rate. For the most part, Tales of Arise runs at 30 frames per second on Nintendo Switch 2. The only exception is cutscenes, which bumps things up to 60 FPS. Note that the frame rate may temporarily fluctuate depending on what’s happening on screen.
2K put out a launch trailer for the just-released Nintendo Switch 2 version of PGA Tour 2K25. The sports title supports the full set of game modes and features found elsewhere, including the MyCareer mode, cross-platform online Societies, Course Designer, and more.

Dragon Quest 7 is a game with a reputation. A reputation for what, may you ask? A reputation for being one of the longest slogs not only in Dragon Quest history, but in the history of traditional JRPGs as a whole. As Square Enix continually looks into its long history for games that modernize and enhance for a modern audience, there are few title in their catalog more in need of a refresh than this one. So it was with much rejoicing that Dragon Quest 7 Reimagined was announced last year. The question we must ask ourselves, now that the game has finally arrived on store shelves, is can Square Enix do enough to turn this controversial entry in its longest-running series into yet another beloved remaster?

Limited Run Games shared its plans for Fear Effect 2: Retro Helix during a LRG3 event today, which includes a future physical release.
Leoful, in partnership with Dream Builder Studios, today announced Stellar Wanderer DX for Nintendo Switch. The game is scheduled for March 12, 2026.
Stellar Wanderer DX is an old-school space sim. This upgraded version of the original features improvements to the visuals and gameplay with rebuilt space systems, reworked environments, ships, cockpits, and more, plus tweaks to mechanics, controls, and settings.
