Koei Tecmo and Gust today shared details about all-new exploration abilities and features in Atelier Sophie 2: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Dream including Dreamscape Stones and Major Gathering Spots as well as two new characters, Ramizel and Diebold. Just ahead of its western debut, Koei Tecmo is now letting fans try out Blue Reflection: Second Light with a demo. It can be accessed today from the Switch eShop.
In the demo, players can experience the Prologue and Story Demo of the game. The Prologue lets fans play through Ao’s journey from the beginning, as she first wakes up in this dreamlike world. Meanwhile, the Story Demo features the gameplay basics such as crafting, exploration, and battle. Complete the Prologue to receive the “Bunny – Head Accessory” and the Fragment “Preparing for the Unknown” as exclusive bonuses when updating to the latest full version of the game.

Koei Tecmo and Gust have issued the opening cinematic for Atelier Sophie 2: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Dream. The game begins with Sophie leaving her hometown of Kirchen Bell to discover a tree identical to one that Plachta had seen in a dream.
Last week, the game was officially announced for Switch at the Tokyo Game Show. It was first made known after it was leaked by a rating in Australia.
