As reported earlier today, Shantae: Half-Genie Hero has received a new free update. It includes an entirely new Jammies Mode as well as a Blaster Master Zero Transformation Dance. We now have some footage of the new content below.

As thanks to their fans and supporters, WayForward is releasing a “Summer Surprise” update to all owners of Half-Genie Hero today, July 31. It includes an entirely new Jammies Mode as well as a Blaster Master Zero Transformation Dance

Gal Metal will have a physical release in North America

XSEED Games today confirmed that the rhythm-based Switch exclusive Gal Metal will be sold physically in North America. The “World Tour Edition” includes the base game and the “Encore DLC”. This downloadable content adds five new characters, each with their own unique story episode and song.
Gal Metal will be sold physically for $39.99, and a digital version will be offered on the eShop for $29.99. The “Encore” DLC is priced at $9.99.

XSEED has announced its lineup for this year’s E3. The publisher will be bringing the new Switch version of Freedom Planet, Gal Metal, Fate/Extella Link, Gungrave VR, Sakuna: Of Rice and Ruin, and Senran Kagura Burst Re:Newal will be on display. Everything will be playable.
