Ninjala

We knew the beta was coming soon, but preload is now live for the Ninjala demo.

The full version of Ninjala launches on the eShop on May 27th, but those interested in participating in the beta test event can get a feel for the title beginning on April 28th after downloading the game’s demo by clicking here,or directly from the Switch eShop. A new update is arriving for Dragalia Lost on April 26th at 8:00 PM PT. It is also worth noting that another change will be in effect as well, as the reward for completing the “Link a Nintendo Account” endeavor will increase from 100 to 1,200 wyrmite on Apr. 27, 11 PM PT. Players who already linked a Nintendo Account can still receive 1,200 wyrmite as an endeavor completion reward. As for the details of the update to 1.19.0, check out the full list after the break:

Clearing the special stage will net players Dr. Peach in her pink and professional attire, so make your way through and come to her rescue (again.) These blossoming stages are sure to be a challenge, so give it your all.

Here are the latest events in Fire Emblem Heroes:

  • Heroes with Odd Wave skills are featured as part of a 5★ summoning focus! These Heroes grant up to +6 to certain stats for 1 turn at the start of odd-numbered turns. Bonus is granted to the Hero and adjacent allies. Your first summon in this event won’t cost any Orbs!
  • 30th Anniversary Grand Hero Battle Revivals are now live! There will be a series of battles every two days. Today, Rutger: Lone Swordsman is back, along with some limited-time quests! Active: Apr. 16, 12:00 AM PT – Apr. 17, 11:59 PM PT.
  • Mjölnir’s Strike: Shield phase is now active. Weather the enemy’s onslaught for seven turns to protect the Kingdom of Askr. Achieve a high score and raise your Tier to earn rewards like Divine Codes, Midgard Gems, and Dragonflowers.
  • New map, A Pair of New Tomes, is now available in Tactics Drills: Skill Studies! Check it out in Story Maps to test your skills!

 

New screenshots and information for Shoujo Jigoku no Doku Musume have arrived from Nippon Ichi Software. Here’s the roundup of information per Gematsu:

Tempest Chimera will appear in Void Battles starting 2:00 AM, Apr 20, 2020.
Weapons you can craft using materials obtained from the Tempest Chimera will also be added.
 
Fierce gales steeped in black mana rage and howl, billowing into a frenzied hurricane. They are the manifestation of a deeply malicious intent. Typhoons. Frigid mountain gusts. Whirlwinds. The biting winds of winter. The chimera inhales them all and blasts out a cyclonic roar!

■New Weapons You Can Craft Using Materials Obtained from the Tempest Chimera
Powerful new weapons will be added to the Void weapon series lineup under Crafting starting 2:00 AM, Apr 20, 2020.
You must have first obtained specific weapons before you can craft weapons using materials obtained from Tempest Chimera.
The required weapons are the wind-attuned 5★ weapons, which can be crafted using materials obtained from the Greedy Manticore.
 
The weapon that is required differs based on the weapon type for the weapon you wish to craft. You can check the requirements by selecting Materials for the Tempest Chimera weapons on the Craft tab under Crafting.
Note: Weapons crafted using materials obtained from the Tempest Chimera cannot be dismantled.
 

Today from Arc System Works, we have the opening movie for Kowloon Youma Gakuen Ki: Origin of Adventure. The game releases on June 4th in Japan. You can see our previous coverage of the game, or take a look at the movie itself below. Note that it’s completely reconstructed while retaining all the details of the original PlayStation 2 release, including aspect ratio.

Ultear Milkovich, Lyon Vastia, Flare Corona, and Minerva Orlandwill be featured as  party members that will automatically perform actions, but won’t be directly controlled by the player. These guest characters were revealed in this week’s Weekly Famitsu. Fairy Tail comes to Switch on June 26 in North America.

Stardew Valley

While nothing concrete has been established, if this tweet is to be believed, we could be seeing a physical release on Switch for Stardew Valley. Single-man team ConcernedApe has put a lot of time and effort into continued updates for the game, and while the game did see a physical Switch release in Japan, Western fans have only had access to digital copies via the eShop. That being said, would you like to see a physical release for Stardew Valley? Leave a comment below.
