The Wild Area Search site is now available in Japanese. The site is used to explore the Wild Area and see some examples of the Pokemon that can be found there. There’s a feature where you can also zoom in and watch short clips of Pokemon found in various areas. You can view the site for yourself here.

The Tetris 99 Pokémon Sword & Shield promotional event is now live until 06:59 UTC on November 11th. A special Tetris 99 Maximus Cup based on Pokémon Sword & Shield is now playable. Players can earn the theme based on the Wild Area with Pokémon music if they achieve 100 Points during the special event by ranking in various matches. Once obtained, players will be able to use it forever.

The SD Gundam SD Gundam G Generation Cross Rays demo is now live on the Japanese eShop. The demo does support English menus and subtitles, and data will be able to be carried over to the full version. You can take a look at some English language screenshots below.

Monster rancher has been confirmed for a Switch release date of 12/19/19 in Japan. The game is mostly the same as it was previously. However, instead of obtaining monsters through actual CDs, they’re generated by searching for CD names and artists from a custom database via the network.

Pokémon Masters has used Rollout on its weekly update, introducing new Main Story Chapters that feature the Sync Pairs of Calem & Espurr and a new Pokémon for the player character, Torchic. Additionally, there is a Sync Pair Scout for Phoebe and a daily login bonus for the next 3 weeks of 50 gems a day for 14 days.

Summer release Dragon Quest Builders 2 has a new, larger demo available on the Switch eShop. Mixing the classic RPG series with the sandbox creation genre, the game has a strong foundation. The new demo rolling out today is quite a bit larger, per Square Enix:

Nintendo released a statement today that sales of Switch hardware units have surpassed the 10 million mark as of November 3rd, 2019. This includes the base model, revised model, as well as the Switch Lite. For perspective, the popular PlayStation 4 console has sold a little over 8 million units in Japan, per VGChartz.

Starting at 11 PM PT on 11/6, players will be able to gain friendship with Heroes including Ephraim (with Lyon) and Tethys from Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones. By forging bonds, you can unlock and view special conversations among the heroes. Differing from the last Forging Bonds event, arrows indicating which event characters have a boosted chance to gain friendship have been added to the Forging Bonds screens.
