Nintendo Switch 2 GameChat phone number

If you plan on using GameChat on Nintendo Switch 2, you’ll need a phone number. That news has been spotted in the official terms for the feature.

Nintendo doesn’t go into detail about why a phone number is required for GameChat on Switch 2, but the reason seems fairly clear. The company always takes the protection of its players seriously – especially younger ones. If someone uses GameChat in a nefarious way, it’s a bit easier for Nintendo to block them and prevent them from returning.

Getting the scenes is simple. If you connect your device to the internet and link your Nintendo Account, you should be able to download the update.

Shinobi Art of Vengeance physical

March 26: Shinobi: Art of Vengeance, which was previously announced for Nintendo Switch, today confirmed that a physical release will be available. Limited Run Games is working with SEGA on the boxed versions.

Shinobi: Art of Vengeance will be available standalone, but it seems that a collector’s edition is in the works. Details about it will be provided at a later date.

According to Pikmin creator Shigeru Miyamoto, he’s been wanting to grow the franchise over the past few years.

Pikmin has been around since the GameCube days, but it hasn’t seen the same amount of popularity as some of his other creations such as Mario and Zelda. However, during the Nintendo Switch era, it’s been steadily gaining traction – especially with the launch of Pikmin 4.

Castle of Heart: Retold

Castle of Heart: Retold is in development for Nintendo Switch and Switch 2, 7Levels announced today. The game is due out this summer.

If the name sounds familiar, that’s because we saw Castle of Heart on Nintendo Switch way back in 2018. Retold is “a massively upgraded and expanded version of the original game, featuring significant enhancements across gameplay, story, visuals, and more.”

Here’s some additional information:

Shuten Order

March 16: Today, DMM Games and Too Kyo Games announced Shuten Order for Nintendo Switch. A release window was not provided.

Unfortunately, we’ll have to wait on actual details.
