Castlevania Dominus Collection 1.0.3 update out now, patch notes

Konami just came out with a new version 1.0.3 update for Castlevania Dominus Collection, which brings along a notable addition.
Once installed, players will be able to access a new Boss Rush Mode in Haunted Castle Revisited. Note that this is strictly for that game only. There are new display layouts for the screens as well.

SEGA says Sonic Superstars was a “disappointment”

SEGA president Shuji Utsumi has labeled Sonic Superstars as a “disappointment.”
That news comes from an interview with Eurogamer. Utsumi was asked about how SEGA is ensuring that the Sonic games remain at a high level. Up until more recently, quality of Sonic titles had come into question. SEGA was also pumping out different games fairly quickly.

Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds announced for Nintendo Switch

SEGA has announced Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds, which is now in development for Nintendo Switch. The title likely launches in 2025, but exact timing is not yet confirmed.
This one is obviously a racer, but beyond that, SEGA is keeping absolutely quiet. Only a short teaser was just shared at The Game Awards. Coming in at less than thirty seconds, we only see Shadow the Hedgehog taking off in a kart.

Super Mario Party Jamboree’s domination continues and still remains #1. Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver 1 & 2 Remastered debuts at #9 while Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Rita’s Rewind squeaks in as well. Both could potentially appear higher next week.

Hunter x Hunter: Nen x Impact Razor is back with a new character trailer, this time for Morel. Taiten Kusunoki is behind the voice.
Morel might be slow, though he makes up for that with a wide range thanks to his long-reaching pipe to execute wide-ranging attacks. Players can also use Deep Purple to keep enemies at bay effectively. Also worth noting that Morel features techniques that allow him to counter while absorbing attacks.
Shadow Labyrinth getting special edition, pre-orders open

The just-revealed Shadow Labyrinth is now confirmed to be getting a special edition, and pre-orders are open for both versions of the game.
Shadow Labyrinth was one of the more unexpected announcements from The Game Awards 2024 last night. Bandai Namco is taking Pac-Man in a pretty different direction with a 2D platformer and darker tone as seen in Secret Level, Prime Video’s adult-animated anthology series.

Rumor: Dbrand says it has Nintendo Switch 2 dimensions, teases “Killswitch 2” case

No one is getting off of this wild ride of Nintendo Switch 2 speculation, and now Dbrand – a company that handles accessories – claims it has actual dimensions for the device.
This time around, the fun started with Dbrand announcing its “Killswitch 2” case. Along with an in-motion render of the case, it also has a hardware mockup. Nintendo Switch 2 is expected to be larger than its predecessor, which Dbrand “confirms”.
