This week’s issue of Famitsu contains the first review of Super Smash Bros. for 3DS. While the magazine is sometimes questioned for the scores it hands out, it’s still interesting to check out what Famitsu says from time to time.

We now have a complete translation of the Smash Bros. 3DS review. If you’re curious as to what was said about the game, continue on below.

Just like yesterday, this will be our one-stop area for Smash Bros. 3DS footage for the day…

A first look at the Pokemon Global Link for Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire can be found above.

While the aesthetics are the same, new features will be offered such as the ability to upload photos from Pokemon Contests and keeping track of the popular places to build Super Secret Bases. Rating Battle Season 7 will be compatible simultaneously with both Pokemon X/Y and Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire.

Fans should also be aware that there will be several days of downtime prior to the launch of Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire.

To say that the launch of Super Smash Bros. for 3DS was a success in Japan would be an understatement. As the title officially arrived at retailers, long lines were spotted at numerous stores.

Nintendo’s Bill Trinen also posted this video last night:

As Media Create reported yesterday, Dragon Quest X for 3DS sold just over 52,000 copies in its first week. Those sales were accompanied by an incredibly high sell-through rate.

According to Media Create, Dragon Quest X 3DS sold through 95.53 percent of its initial shipment, leading to sell outs in many stores. A download campaign also increased the user base for the game, so makers’ expectations were exceeded and new shipments are halted temporarily. As a result, next week’s sales numbers are expected to decline.
