This week on Nintendo Everything Podcast, Galen can’t play Minecraft Steve while Oni Dino appreciates mediocre JRPGs. Galen also shares his thoughts on the Baldur’s Gate 3 early access stuff going on. Good-Feel is teasing a new game for Switch with a Japanese aesthetic, and we discuss if Metroid Prime Trilogy HD is ever gonna happen. Speaking of, will another F-Zero ever happen? Oni Dino has some ideas for a himbo Captain Falcon in a No More Heroes-like game where fighting is replaced with racing.

This week on Nintendo Everything Podcast 100, both Oni Dino and Galen are exhausted and a little loopy… But there are some great games to talk about. Oni Dino’s been playing Prinny, Can I Really Be the Hero? While Galen’s hopping on the trends with Among Us. There were plenty of new details for games we’re excited about in the news, then we cap things off with a discussion of bad licensed games that we loved anyway.

To celebrate 100 episodes, we’ve opened up a podcast discord for listeners to chill, chat, and make friends. Check out links and timestamps below and come hang out.

This week on Nintendo Everything Podcast, Minecraft Kirby blesses us with his presence. Galen goes for treats in Animal Crossing: New Horizon’s Halloween update, while Oni Dino joins the briny depths of The Sinking City. The news is quite hearty this week with Super Mario Bros 35, Mario Kart Home Circuit details, Live A Live revival teases, Pokemon DLC, and the big one: Minecraft Steve in Super Smash Bros Ultimate. We’re fans of his moveset despite not feeling one way or the other about his character. Regardless, Minecraft Kirby is here.

This week on Nintendo Everything Podcast, Tokyo Game Show 2020 is in full swing and we aim to be your go-to Nintendo podcast of two friends yelling at each other. Age of Calamity and Monster Hunter: Rise are really doing it for us – especially Hyrule Warriors Impa. But until those games come out, we’ve got the big Halloween Animal Crossing update. Also, a mega-corporation buying a developer/publisher that has no problems developing/publishing on their own is never good for consumers.

This week on Nintendo Everything Podcast, two Nintendo Directs came out and they’re pretty fresh! Monster Hunter Rise and Stories 2 look so tempting, and so many other games have us looking forward to the future. Also, Mario 3D All-stars is apparently emulated, but…is that really a problem? We also throw in some next-gen talk with the recent PS5 price and pre-order situation.

This week on Nintendo Everything Podcast, Galen’s back and he gives us nothing. Meanwhile, Oni Dino can hardly contain his excitement for Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity. We analyze the trailer a bit for sneak peeks and have some fun wondering what the game could be like, based on our experiences with Hyrule Warriors and Breath of the Wild. Addition, we feign our surprise at No More Heroes 3’s delay, we aren’t talking about Ubisoft, Galen’s creative spark is awoken by RPG Maker, Oni Dino boomerangs on Manifold Garden, Gleamlight is dim, and more.

This week on Nintendo Everything Podcast, we’re celebrating Super Mario’s 35th anniversary. The 3D All-Stars bundle is real, but there are some potential issues. Limited availability? Control schemes? Widescreen? Then a brand new Mario Kart (sorta) that’s gonna be the Xmas gift of 2020 (maybe), 3D World getting an updated port, a Super Mario Bros. semi-battle royale, and a lot more. Galen’s on vacation so Barry’s subbing in for him.

This week on Nintendo Everything Podcast we’re catching up on several recent releases. Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles is a mixed bag, Giraffe and Annika a charming little adventure, Sentinels of Freedom has highs and lows, and Spiritfarer is a character-driven delight. Then… the Nintendo Direct Mini. Neither Oni Dino nor Galen really cared about the games in the showcase, but that’s totally fine. Being disappointed is fine—we move on and play all the games that are already out or releasing soon. Those who are genuinely upset? That’s behavior that players should identify within themselves and reevaluate how they interact with entertainment media.

This week on Nintendo Everything Podcast, we’re joined by special guests Daim Dziauddin and Wan ‘Haz’ Hazmer, directors of No Straight Roads for Nintendo Switch. They share their experiences of working in the Japanese game industry at Capcom and Square Enix, leading them to found their own business back in their home of Malaysia. We’re very excited to highlight the important work they’re doing for the Malaysian games industry—both of them have a lot of passion and excitement for games, and it shows! Both guests bring a bunch of energy and insight as we cover all the indie goodness in Nintendo’s Indie World Showcase. Jump into today’s episode, full of Nindie goodness!

This week on Nintendo Everything Podcast, special guest Barry (Goodman?) is back to chat with Oni Dino and Galen in this extra-long, bonus episode! Nintendo Switch is at 62 million units sold, but will they keep the momentum with the PS5 and Xbox Series X coming soon? What will happen to third-party support moving forward and how should Nintendo prepare for it? In the Adventure Log, Barry elaborates on the appeal of the Legend of Heroes series and the Trails of Cold Steel sub-series and why the third entry is a good jumping-in point, and Galen tries out shell-swapping his Switch Pro Controller. In the news, Pikmin 3 Deluxe was announced, bringing up the topic of full-priced Wii U ports; Blizzard employees rally for fair pay and better working conditions; and Aeon Must Die has serious allegations against it from the original devs.
