Best-Selling Console Expands its Entertainment Options with More Popular TV Shows and Movies with Hulu Plus
REDMOND, Wash. & LOS ANGELES–(BUSINESS WIRE)– Wii owners with broadband Internet access now have a new way to watch their favorite TV shows and movies. Starting today, Wii owners can subscribe to Hulu Plus for $7.99 a month and instantly stream current-season hit TV shows such as Family Guy, Glee, New Girl, Vampire Diaries, The Office, The Biggest Loser and Modern Family, as well as full back seasons of hit shows like Community and Grey’s Anatomy. Kids can enjoy a growing library of favorites, including Arthur, Wild Kratts and Dinosaur Train, and families can browse through hundreds of popular movies from Miramax and more.
“Wii offers the most entertainment fun for everyone in the family, with an impressive selection of streaming movies and TV shows in addition to an unparalleled lineup of games that can’t be played anywhere else,” said Tony Elison, Nintendo of America’s senior director and general manager of Network Business. “The Wii console is the hub of the living room, and with the addition of Hulu Plus, millions of households now have even more options for streaming premium TV shows and movies.”
Rumor: Dillon’s Rolling Western coming to Europe next week

If the latest issue of MCV’s magazine is to be believed, Dillon’s Rolling Western will arrive on the European eShop next week. The publication did not list a price point.
Dillon’s Rolling Western hasn’t been officially dated by Nintendo, but if it’s due out in Europe next week, it should be released in other territories soon.

Nintendo partner with the award winning Aardman Animations to launch exclusive new 3D Shaun the Sheep episodes for Nintendo 3DS
16th February 2012 – Nintendo have partnered with the multi award winning Aardman Animations, the creators of Chicken Run and Wallace And Gromit to offer Nintendo 3DS™ owners brand new 3D SpotPass™ content for free. From 7th March, on a weekly basis, fans of the farmyard antics of Shaun the Sheep will be able to watch 15 exclusive 3D clips of Shaun and his friends getting up to some brand new mischief.

EA is continuing their tradition of supporting the Wii with Madden releases. The latest game, Madden NFL 13, will hit the console later this year.
Unfortunately, EA will not be bringing the title to the 3DS. The company recently shared a statement which simply says, “There will not be a new version for 3DS this year.”
