The Nintendo World Store has a classy display of various Zelda items in celebration of the franchise’s 25th anniversary. Visitors can find all sorts of trinkets, posters, art, and much more. It’ll be up until February 2012, so there’s still a good amount of time to check it out if you’re in New York City.

One item that caught my eye in particular is the “gold” triforce pin (see picture 11, third image in gallery). I recall receiving a very similar pin from Nintendo when I became a sage on the NSider forums a number of years ago. Anyone remember those days? It makes me wish that Nintendo brought back a dedicated forum for their fans. The “Nintendo Tech Forums” are a poor replacement!

Surprise, surprise! Vicarious Vicious is working on a Wii U title. GameSpot spotted a listing on a staffer’s LinkedIn profile for “Project Nova”. The game is also in development for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

In other news, the studio is working on “Project Phoenix” for Wii, PS3, and 360.

Details on these mysterious projects have yet to be revealed.
