Fans interested in getting another look at Bo: Path of the Teal Lotus can now do so with a new launch trailer. The video celebrates the Metroidvania title, which saw its release this week.

Hunter x Hunter Nen x Impact Meruem, opening movie

We have not one, but two new Hunter x Hunter: Nen x Impact videos with the reveal of Meruem and the opening movie.

Meruem is the leader of the Chimera Ants and one of the series’ main antagonists. As for the opening movie, that’s what players will first see when the start the game.

Grime Definitive Edition physical

Grime: Definitive Edition previously came to Switch digitally, but now a physical release is happening. This one comes from Super Rare Games.

4,000 copies will be sold by the company. Each unit includes the game, interior art, full-color manual, exclusive sticker, and a set of three trading cards.

Ace Combat 7 frame rate resolution

Digital Foundry just put up a new piece covering the technical side of Ace Combat 7’s new Switch port, including frame rate and resolution. While some concessions were made, it seems that this is one of the better ports on the console.

Farm Farm has started distribution of its latest update with version 3.1.0.

Luna-3X release date

It’s been a long time coming, but Luna-3X just received a release date. Red Art Games and Pygmy Studio just sent out word that the game is hitting Switch on September 26, 2024.

Luna-3X was first made known for Switch way back in 2017. It’s a rhythm action game that takes place in a world where only seven days remain until judgment day, and it’s up to you to save all of the critters before it’s too late.

Death end re;Quest Code Z

July 6: Today, Idea Factory revealed that Death end re;Quest: Code Z is receiving an English release on Switch in the west. It will be available in 2025.

Death end re;Quest: Code Z was originally announced for Japan. In that region, it’s arriving this September.

Developer Yokogo Systems and publisher Gravity Game Arise have announced that they will be bringing The Good Old Days to Switch later this year. The game is described as a “Juvenile Metroidvania” at takes its inspiration from games released in the 90s, with a pixel art style and multiple endings.

koROBO

Today, former staff from Skip – the company known for its work on Chibi-Robo – unveiled its new development team Tiny Wonder Studio and announced koROBO as its first project. The game is targeting PC as well as “modern consoles” – so we’re hoping that includes Switch and / or its successor.

Tiny Wonder Studio employees key members that worked at Skip and other veterans in the industry. The lineup includes original Chibi-Robo director Kenichi Nishi (who’s also co-directing KoROBO), Keita Eto (directed previous Chibi-Robo titles and is co-director here), third co-director Hiroshi Moriyama, producer Hisashi Koshimizu, and character designer Hikarin.
