The February 2024 Pokemon Presents presentation is happening soon in celebration of Pokemon Day, and we have the live stream. It’ll go live at 6 AM PT / 9 AM ET / 2 PM in the UK / 3 PM in Europe.
The event will cover “the latest news and updates from the world of Pokemon.” Specific titles for the presentation were not named.

Pokemon Unite update out now (version 1.14.1.2), patch notes

The next update has been released for Pokemon Unite with version 1.14.1.2.
There’s quite a bit here between Shiny Rayquaza in Theia Sky Ruins, Panic Parade unlocking again, the Holowear Effect Spray, and Miraidon’s Sandwich Challenge starting up. Other elements are included as well such as balance adjustments.

Dragon Ball: The Breakers Season 5 starts this week, adds Zamasu and Goku Black Raider

Bandai Namco has announced Dragon Ball: The Breakers Season 5 which will feature Zamasu and Goku Black.
These two characters act as a double Raider that tag-teams Survivors. They’ll work in tandem to enact the Zero Mortal Plan.
Adventure game Rainbow Sea heading to Switch

Following its original launch at the end of 2020, Rainbow Sea is now coming to Switch. Publisher G-Mode and developer Shirokurohitsuji are working together on the release.
Rainbow Sea, an adventure game with a pixel art style, features a story that changes depending on your choices and actions. Further details can be found in the following overview:

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth director says Sephiroth in Smash Bros. Ultimate was “extremely confidential”

New character reveals for Smash Bros. are always a big deal, and Nintendo tries to keep as much secrecy around each announcement as it possibly can. Even those you may think would be tuned in to what’s happening behind the scenes are kept in the dark.
One example is this was the Sephiroth DLC for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. As it turns out, no one on the Final Fantasy VII Rebirth team knew that he would be joining Nintendo’s game. That includes Naoki Hamaguchi, the director of Square Enix’s new RPG.

Action RPG Death of a Wish releasing on Switch in March

Melessthanthree has announced that its latest game, Death of a Wish, is releasing on Switch in just a couple of weeks. We should be seeing it on March 11, 2024.
Death of a Wish is an action RPG and spiritual successor to Lucah: Born of a Dream, which is already on Switch. More information can be found in the following overview:

Disney Dreamlight Valley February 2024 update out this week, patch notes

The patch notes have been shared for a new Disney Dreamlight Valley February 2024 update going out this week.
As previously mentioned, the game is getting new content from Monsters Inc. with The Laugh Floor. There’s plenty of other elements to the update though including new avatar customization items, expanded Scrooge McDuck’s Shop, and more.

Miraidon revealed for Pokemon Unite

February 21: Miraidon is joining Pokemon Unite as the game’s next playable character, The Pokemon Company and Timi Studio Group have announced. The reveal was shared in celebration of the upcoming Pokemon Day.
Speaking of Pokemon Day, that’s actually when Miraidon will be going live. The character will be playable starting on February 27, 2024. No further information has been provided.

Stumble Guys coming to Switch

Metroidvania game Exographer announced for Switch

Publisher Abylight Studios and SciFun Games have announced Exographer, a new Metroidvania game for Switch. It’s targeting a 2024 launch.
Exographer, a 2D adventure based on science, has players following INI on a rescue mission on a stranded planet. Players will look to “find clues of an extinct civilization, use their technology, and discover the origin of the absurd matter invading six different atmospheres.”
