Needy Streamer Overload sales

A sales milestones has come in for Needy Streamer Overload courtesy of WSS Playground and Xemono. Today, the two sides revealed that the game has sold over one million copies across all platforms.

Needy Streamer Overload first launched in January 2022. The Switch version then made it out last October.

Blade Jumper

Publisher CFK, along with developer paradigm, today announced that Blade Jumper is heading to Switch. The game will launch later in 2023.

Blade Jumper is officially described as a jump-based action-adventure game where players have to use a simple mechanic to navigate complex obstacles after quickly judging the situation. While the title has been on other platforms, stages have been adjusted for difficulty and there’ll be a few quality-of-life improvements, such as UI modifications and bug fixes.

R-Type Tactics I • II Cosmos delayed

R-Type Tactics I • II Cosmos has been delayed and will not launch this year as originally planned. The game will now release in 2024.

Granzella delivered the news during a live stream today. Fans can look forward to the latest information about the game in late July.

Original (6/26): Atari is planning yet another addition to its “Recharged” series, and today unveiled Quantum: Recharged in partnership with Sneakybox. The game heads to Switch later in 2023.

Quantum: Recharged reimagines the classic forty years since its arcade debut with modern flourishes. The game itself has players navigating waves of enemies with only a nimble ship and a trove of unique power-ups.

Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak sales

Capcom has announced a couple of sales milestones for Monster Hunter Rise. For the main game, shipments and digital sales have surpassed 13 million units. As for Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak that one is now at 5.4 million units.

Capcom first brought Monster Hunter Rise to Switch on March 26, 2021. Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak launched on June 30, 2023.

Everybody 1-2 Switch update 1.0.1

We’ll give you a quick heads up that Everybody 1-2 Switch has a day one update, with Nintendo offering version 1.0.1.

The patch notes are short and concise with Nintendo only mentioning that some issues have been addressed. What problems specifically? Nintendo didn’t go into detail.

In any case, the official patch notes for the Everybody 1-2 Switch version 1.0.1 update are as follows:

Original (6/22): Starting today, Nintendo Switch Online members can access new user icons for the Pikmin series. This ties in with Pikmin 1 + 2, which launched digitally on the eShop yesterday after the Nintendo Direct, and with Pikmin 4, which releases next month on July 21.
