February 5: Just a day before its digital launch, Luck be a Landlord has now been announced for physical release.
All we know at present is that Fangamer will be handling production. The company typically follows up with more information, but that’s all we have to go on currently. Fangamer didn’t say share launch timing or anything else for that matter. But with the digital release imminent, it’s good to get a heads up that there’ll be a boxed version coming soon.

We don’t have specific date as of now for Nintendo Switch 2 pre-orders, but new information from one of France’s biggest retailers has provided interesting insight. New information was shared as part of an interview with Frandroid.
First, regarding hardware, we’re hearing that hardware sales are at a historical level. Unsurprisingly, the Mario Kart World bundle is extremely popular. Consumers can save a decent amount of cash by picking up that package as opposed to purchasing the system and game separately.

April 2: Another port has been announced for Nintendo Switch 2, and Hogwarts Legacy is on the way. The game launches alongside the platform.
Already released on Nintendo Switch, this version of the game has some improvements and additions. Aside from improved visuals, there’ll be faster loading times and mouse controls.

February 27: 3DClouds is working on Trident’s Tale as its next game, the studio announced today. It’s heading to Nintendo Switch in May 2025.
Trident’s Tale is a third-person pirate action game. In the adventure, you’ll become Ocean, a bold young captain on a quest to reclaim the mythical artifact Storm Trident.

Today, Crooked Games and Take It Studio made it known that they will be putting Death Kid on Nintendo Switch. Release timing is still being decided.
Death Kid, a fast-paced arcade-inspired arena brawler with meta-progression, involves taking on hordes of enemies while venturing inside a treacherous well. The goal is to “put the wheel of life and death back in motion and break the curse of immortality.”

MySims: Cozy Bundle update adds new skin tones and more, patch notes

A new MySims: Cozy Bundle update was recently made available, bringing the game to version 1.4.643285f.
One of the new features here is support for four additional skin tones. Additionally, in the first game, Sims can now be moved into the Garden area. A slew of bugs have also been fixed and the team adjusted the lighting and cutscenes to match the original experience.

Puzzle game Panik in the works for Nintendo Switch

Today, Dojo System and ChumasGames shared the news that it’s making Panik for Nintendo Switch. Launch timing was not provided.
Panik is a puzzle game in which players are tasked with guiding scared characters to the goal. There’ll be more than 100 levels to tackle across eight worlds.

Starting today, Nintendo Switch Online members can play the classic game Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones. Those with access to the Expansion Pack tier can access it now.
Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones originally released on the Game Boy Advance. Although Japan first received the tactical RPG in 2004, it wouldn’t head west until the following year.
