Listings on the eShops provide file sizes for a bunch of Switch games. These include Call of Cthulhu, LEGO Jurassic World, River City Girls, Castle Crashers Remastered, and more.

Call of Cthulhu

Call of Cthulhu was known to be releasing sometime this year on Switch, but an exact date wasn’t provided. Now, however, we know that its launch will take place on October 8. A listing on the eShop confirms the news.

Two more summoning events have started up today in Fire Emblem Heroes.

First up is Summoning Focus: Heroes with Desperation. A trio of Heroes with Desperation skills are available as part of a 5-star summoning focus. Such characters can make a follow-up attack before their foe can counterattack if their HP is under a certain percentage and they initiate combat.

Summoning Focus: Weekly Revival 13 is also live. 5-star Heroes who appeared before the start of Book II are present, and the focus lineup changes each week.

Nintendo Switch

Nintendo has a bunch of maintenance planned for this coming week. Several sessions are planned, all of which will impact Switch.

In just a couple of days, Final Fantasy VIII Remastered will be landing on Switch. This will be the first time the RPG is appearing on a Nintendo console going all the way back to 1999.

Kairosoft is continuing its rollout of titles on Switch with Pocket Clothier, another sim title. It’ll arrive in both North America and Europe on September 5.
