Those playing Star Wars: Hunters on Nintendo Switch should be aware that it’s now been announced that the game is shutting down. Service will end on October 1, 2025.
Prior to that, a final content update is planned for April 15. Additionally, Season 5 is being extended by three weeks.
Star Wars: Hunters, a player-vs-player competitive arena combat game, has seen a bit of a rocky history. After it was announced in a Nintendo Direct in February 2021, the game saw multiple delays and would not launch until 2024. Having launched last June, the game will be around for a little over a year.
