Bayonetta 3 open world

A new report from journalist Imran Khan claims that Bayonetta 3 started off as a semi-open world game.

Khan said the title “was going to draw more off Astral Chain than NieR: Automata, but the idea was that a large hub world would send Bayonetta (or whoever else) to different worlds which would themselves be fairly open.” He brought up Super Mario 64 as a comparison point for the hub and went on to mention that despite work that had been done, “it kept falling apart when it came to pacing, and eventually Nintendo wanted them to scale back.” Another issue was how this concept was performing on Switch hardware.

Persona 5 Royal Switch frame rate resolution

Persona 5 Royal recently reached new platforms including Switch, and Digital Foundry has now taken a closer look at the port from a technical perspective to cover aspects like resolution and frame rate. Various Daylife physical

Various Daylife is getting a physical release in Asia that supports English, it’s been revealed.

The game originally hit Apple Arcade in 2019. Square Enix then announced and immediately released a Switch version as part of a Nintendo Direct back in September. Up until now, however, the title has only been offered digitally.

It Takes Two gameplay

An hour of footage is now available for the new Switch version of It Takes Two. After the title first debuted in March 2021, it just landed on Nintendo’s console to close out the week.

You can learn more about the game in the following overview:

Original: The Pokemon Company has just opened a new, mysterious website with a chest. There’s little to be seen at the moment aside from the chest itself, the number below it, and “000” in the top left corner. As far as we can tell there doesn’t appear to be much interactivity on the page.

Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet will be on Switch in just a couple of weeks, and if we had to guess, this teaser should tie into a reveal of a new Pokemon. New creatures for the games have been unveiled in different sorts of ways, though this particular method is a bit different.
