Cult Games, along with Unpacking developer Witch Beam, today unveiled Tempopo. Although it’s confirmed for Switch, we’re waiting to hear on release timing.

A puzzle game at its core, Tempopo involves rescuing musical flowers. Players start out with a planning phase for the creatures to follow when the music starts.

Wander Stars

Wander Stars is heading to Switch, publisher Fellow Traveller and developer Paper Castle Games revealed today. The two sides did not share release timing.

Wander Stars is a turn-based RPG in which the game is structured like an anime, meaning there are ten “episodes” to go through with each one taking between 60 and 90 minutes. Every episode offers a map to explore with procedurally generated battles, special events, and secrets to find along with the main story events.

Hotel Galactic

Ancient Forge today announced Hotel Galactic, which is coming to multiple platforms including Switch. A release window was not provided.

Hotel Galactic is a cozy management game that takes inspiration from Studio Ghibli’s animated classics. Players will build a tourist destination, oversee and unite their staff, and make new friends along the way.

Love Eternal

Publisher Ysbryd Games and developer Brlka are working together on their new title Love Eternal, the two sides announced today. Switch will be getting it in 2025.

Downward Enhanced trailer

Downward Enhanced came to Switch this week, and we have a new launch trailer for the game. It provides a final look at the first-person open-world parkour based platform adventure.

Metal Suits

Today, Eggtart announced plans to put Metal Suits: Counter Attack on Switch. Right now the game is targeting a Q4 2024 launch.

Metal Suits is a side-scrolling run-and-gun action game that takes place in the future. You’ll take on the role of Kevin, who was previously a war hero, but time has passed him by and he’s almost lost everything – including most of his body. He’s now reborn as a cyborg and seeking revenge.

Farlands

JanduSoft has announced Farlands, and it’s coming to Switch. We’ll be seeing it on Nintendo’s platform in 2025.

Farlands offers a mix of sim and management elements. After buying a planet on the cheap, you’ll look to restore it. You’ll also be able to explore the solar system and more.

Nikoderiko: The Magical World

Nikoderiko: The Magical World, another side-scrolling platformer, has been announced for Switch release. It’s launching in late 2024.

This one comes from publisher Knights Peak and developer Vea Games. Niko and Luna discover a relic on a magical island, only for it to be taken away – and now the two must save the island and its tribes as they look to take down the Cobring army.

Mariachi Legends

You may know Halberd Studios from its work on 9 Years of Shadows, and it’s now been confirmed that the studio’s new project Mariachi Legends is heading to Switch. As of now it’s planned to hit later in 2024.

Mariachi Legends is an action platformer in which you descend into Santa Mascota as Detective Pablo Cruz, chosen by Death herself. The title combines side-scrolling beat ’em up gameplay with Mexican culture.
