Play Nintendo Tour 2024 announced

The Play Nintendo Tour is returning, this time for the Summer 2024 reason. It will run between June 13 and September 2.
By attending the free event, fans can “explore the endless adventure and fun of Nintendo and the Nintendo Switch system at various stops across the nation.” The tour features photo-ops with Nintendo characters, giveaways (while supplies last), and playable demos of Switch titles.

Reynatis getting NEO: The World Ends with You collaboration

May 9: FuRyu has revealed a special collaboration for Reynatis featuring NEO: The World Ends with You.
In the upcoming RPG, players will be able to experience a new story featuring Shoka Sakurane and others. Characters, locations, and enemies from the game will be included. This will be available via a side-quest.

Microids finally provided an update on Corsairs: Battle of the Caribbean following last year’s announcement. There’s a bit of bad news, but also a proper look at the game.
Corsairs: Battle of the Caribbean is now coming to consoles in 2025 rather than this year – which includes Switch. Microids didn’t provide a reason for the delay, but on the bright side, shared the first actual trailer today.

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet players vote on favorite characters

This month’s issue of Japanese magazine Nintendo Dream contains the results of a popularity survey for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, with fans asked to vote on their favorite characters. We have the results for the top twenty.
74.7 percent of voters were actually female, 19.9 percent were male, and 5.4 identified as other. Those between the ages of 26 to 30 percent made up 23.3 of voters, followed by 21 to 25 at 20.9 percent, 31 to 35 at 19.8 percent, 16 to 20 at 17 percent, 15 and below at 11.4 percent, and 7.6 percent other.

Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom devs share messages for game’s first anniversary
