While Majesco hasn’t said much about the release of Crash City Mayhem in North America, two retailers have confirmed that the game will be available in just a couple of weeks.
The situation is different in Europe. Ghostlight, the title’s European publisher, confirmed localization close to a year ago. Yet for whatever reason, the company hasn’t provided any new updates since last July.
European Crash City Mayhem news may finally be coming. Ghostlight community manager Ross Brierley tweeted earlier today that he “might be able to announce a Crash City Mayhem release date in this week’s blog”.

Game & Wario will be available in Europe on June 28, Nintendo has announced. It’s also on track for a June 23 launch in North America.
In the states, Game & Wario is priced at $40 – $20 less than the average Wii U game. I imagine retailers will be looking to do something similar in Europe.
You can find Europe’s official Game & Wario release date announcement below, which also includes details about the individual games.
One retailer source has told ONM that Call of Duty: Ghosts is coming to Wii U.
Activision officially announced Ghosts yesterday. In addition to the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC, the company confirmed that the game is also heading to “next-generation platforms” – which may or may not include Wii U.
When asked if gamers can expect Call of Duty: Ghosts on Wii U, Activision would only say: “We don’t have any news for the Wii U at this time, as we aren’t dating next generation platforms yet. Stay tuned.”

The Wii U is available once again at a relatively cheap price in the UK.
Consumers can now purchase the Basic Pack for £149 or the Premium Pack for £199. The latter is currently out of stock online.
This isn’t the first time that Asda slashed the Wii U’s price. The retailer made a similar move in March, though only dropped each model by £50.
“Donkey Kong titles have always been enjoyed by all ages for generations and we expect this one to be no different.”
– Nintendo UK product manager, Roger Langford
It’s interesting: Initially this sounds like regular old PR talk, but if you think about it, Donkey Kong isn’t really the character that’s in the forefront of people’s minds when it comes to Nintendo. Any kid who’s thinking about Donkey Kong probably has a reference point of something like Smash Bros. or (even less likely) Donkey Kong in arcades or on the Wii virtual console. Most people don’t know that the ape has starred in some of the best platformers of our time, and I think that’s definitely worth spreading the word about!
The Denpa Men 2: Beyond the Waves won’t just be releasing in North America on May 30. On the same day, Europe will be getting the downloadable title, too. Pricing is set at £8.99 / €9.99.
EA never confirmed Madden NFL 25 for Wii U when the title was officially announced, but there was hope that it could be happening further down the line. As it turns out, the publisher simply has no plans to bring the latest Madden NFL to Nintendo’s console.
A statement sent out by EA reads:
“We will not be releasing a Wii U version of Madden NFL in 2013. However, we have a strong partnership with Nintendo and will continue to evaluate opportunities for delivering additional Madden NFL products for Nintendo fans in the future.”
Amazingly, Madden NFL 25 marks the first entry to be skipping Nintendo platforms since 1991. EA must have been extremely disappointed with Madden NFL 13’s sales to ditch the system for this year’s release.
