So we’ve finally branched away from first party Nintendo titles with a couple of glitches from Mega Man 2 on the NES. All of the stuff you see here was performed in the Virtual Console version of the game, and it is assumed that they would then work in the NES version as well.

When you purchase a Wii U Deluxe Set, you also get a copy of Nintendo Land. No such bonus is awarded to Basic Set owners. But for the next few days, you can pick up a Basic Set and Nintendo Land at no extra cost.

Consumers can purchase a Wii U Basic Set for $299.99 and get Nintendo Land for free at Best Buy. The offer is valid through April 13. If you ever had interest in the Basic Set but had hoped to receive Nintendo Land without paying extra, this is an opportunity that you may wish to consider.

The Rock has been confirmed for the cover of WWE ’14. WWE EVP Stephanie McMahon announced the news through Twitter yesterday.

While this won’t be The Rock’s debut cover appearance, WWE ’14 is the first title to be published by 2K Sports. Parent company Take-Two Interactive acquired the rights to the WWE game releases back in January.

Game Boy Micro is best Game Boy.

This is a two question survey that requires no signing up, accounts, clicking through ads, or anything. Just answer a required question, answer a non-required question (if you want) and make your voice heard in yet another NintendoEverything reader survey poll thing! Results will be read in the form of our top ten list on the next podcast, and if you opted to answer the written question your answer could be read on the show! So don’t say anything ridiculous.

Thanks very much. As stated above the question for you guys this week is “Which Nintendo handheld is your favorite?”

Take the survey here! (more details inside if you’re confused)

Following the discovery of Castle of Illusion Starring Mickey Mouse entries on the official Brazilian ratings site, the game’s official digital boxart has made its way online. “XBLA Watchdog” lifelower discovered the image above from a leak on the Xbox Live Marketplace.

Castle of Illusion will be coming to the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii U, and PS Vita based on the original Brazilian listings. SEGA will be handling publishing duties, apparently.
