Square Enix has announced a more specific release date for Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance. The title is now scheduled for a March 2012 launch in Japan. Previously, the company only announced a spring timetable.

Square Enix has brought along a new trailer to Jump Festa 2012. Axel (now known as Lea), Terranort, Vanitas, Joshua, Shiki, Xion, Roxas and Rhyme all appear in the video.

In the gameplay department, yet another world has been confirmed. Tron Legacy will be making its way into the title. There’s a playable demo at Jump Festa, so we’ll likely get a bunch of information soon.

Lastly, Square Enix has opened the Japanese website for Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance. You can find it here. A bunch of new screenshots from the site can be found in the gallery above.

New Pokemon title announced

Update: Added in more art and the first screenshots. Also, it’s been confirmed that this game is a collaboration between Nintendo,Pokemon Company, and Koei Tecmo.

Could this be the new title announcement that CoroCoro was teasing? This does appear to be the case… and it’s the strangest Pokemon reveal I’ve ever seen.

Nobunaga Ambition X Pokemon is coming to the DS next year (yes, DS, not 3DS!). That’s for Japan, of course. Right now we’re still waiting for details, but it’ll apparently be a simulation RPG.

New Shinrei Camera details

Nintendo has provided an update on Shinrei Camera. The game is set for a January 12 release in Japan.

The new details are as follows:

– Comes with an AR Notebook
– Scan the notebook with the camera as you play
– Ghosts and other things appear from the notebook in 3D space
– Notebook is known as the “Violet Journal” in the game
– One day, you take unexpected delivery of this journal, and find yourself cursed
– Take on the mysterious hidden within the journal to escape the curse
– Three primary uses for your “Ghost Camera”
– Take pictures of your surroundings, and ghosts and other impossible things will appear in the shot
– Take pictures of yourself and the people around you, and you can make the spirits that possess them emerge
– Take pictures of your Horror Notebook, and you can make creepy things pop out of it\
– Â¥3,800
