While I’m more interested in Renegade Kid’s other 3DS title, Mutant Mudds, this could turn out to be an enjoyable racer.

Put your detective skills to the test this autumn when the next instalment of Big Fish Games’ best-selling Mystery Case Files franchise Mystery Case Files: The Malgrave Incident, an intriguing hidden object adventure, launches exclusively for Wii on 9th September 2011.

When a man named Winston Malgrave contacts the Mystery Case Files detective agency, he claims to have made the scientific “discovery of the century” and invites you to his island. As Master Detective on the case, you must use your powers of observation to find items critical to solving the case and learn more about Malgrave’s discovery—a mysterious and intriguing purple dust.

Europe has done an amazing job with Xenoblade up to this point. First, they’re localizing the game and putting some effort into the title, which is extremely important. Recently they also let fans vote on the alternative art that would be used for the title’s cover. And it looks like they’re also going to be releasing a special Classic Controller in support of Xenoblade’s launch.

But here’s the bad news for North America. Since Xenoblade wasn’t announced for the territory, it was unlikely that it would show up at E3 even though Nintendo’s European division had some presence at the show. But apparently Nintendo of America said they wouldn’t let the title appear at all since they aren’t interested in displaying products that they won’t sell.

That’s really disappointing… but I’m still hoping for an eventual North American release. Nintendo is going to have to fill the Wii’s final year by releasing at least a few titles, so why not Xenoblade?!
