First reviews for Mario vs. Donkey Kong are starting to drop with the release scheduled for Friday.
Mario vs. Donkey Kong is not only a remake of the original Game Boy Advance title, but includes new content and features as well. It has new levels, a new Two Player mode, new difficulty settings in single-player mode – Classic Style for the original experience or Casual Style with no time limit and the ability to restart from checkpoints.

Master of Weapon is joining the Arcade Archives series on Switch, Hamster announced today. It will be available on February 15, 2024.
Master of Weapon was originally made by Taito in 1989. The shoot ’em up game involves players attempting to take down the mutant entity known as “N” who has essentially taken over Earth.
Master of Weapon will be sold digitally on the Switch eShop. Pricing is set at $7.99 / €6.99 / £6.29.
We’re sad to report that Yoshitaka Murayama has passed away following complications with an ongoing illness.
Murayama’s will be remembered for his work on the Suikoden franchise as he was the creator. Additionally, he was the director and scenario writer for Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes, which is set for release in just a couple of months.
Murayama was also the head of Rabbit & Bear Studios, and the news was shared on the company’s official website. We’ve attached the full statement below.
Publisher Prototype and developer LIFE0 have announced via the latest issue of Weekly Famitsu magazine that romantic visual novel Seven Days will be making its way to Switch. The game is slated to release in Japan sometime in 2024.
Seven Days initially released in Japan on PC in 2017, before receiving a PS Vita version in 2018 and a localized Steam version in late 2019. Players of the Switch version can look forward to extra CG added from the PS Vita version, the extra chapter “The Purple Envelope”, as well as Switch-exclusive features such as touchscreen functionality and one-handed Joy-Con support.
