Backback Hero was one of the new games that launched today following the Indie World Showcase, and we now have gameplay. 40 minutes of footage is in.

A new update has been released for Pokemon Unite with the game moving up to version 1.12.1.6.

For the most part, this one is about character balancing. A bunch of changes have been implemented for various Pokemon on the roster.

Baroque Decay, the studio behind Yuppie Psycho, today unveiled Catechesis. The game is in development for Switch and other platforms, but a release window has yet to be announced.

Catechesis was first technically made known in 2013. After expanding the scope to an impossible point, however, it was put on the backburner while the team focused on the likes of The Count Lucanor and Yuppie Psycho. Now it’s fully underway and coming to Switch to boot.

Today, McPeppergames announced that its upcoming project Colony Defense will be made available on Switch. The developer did not provide a release window.

Two more games are seeing shadowdrops as part of today’s Indie World Showcase – specifically Enjoy the Diner and Passpartout 2.

Enjoy the Diner, a mysterious narrative adventure with point-and-click elements, was previously announced. Passpartout 2 was known as well and has actually been out in Japan since October, but it seems that the western release is happening now.

Here’s some information about both games:

Publisher Shueisha Games and developer Hakababunko are bringing Urban Myth Dissolution Center to Switch, the two sides announced today. A release is planned for 2024.

Urban Myth Dissolution Center is an occult mystery adventure game in which players solve a variety of cases involving cursed relics, rental properties with shady histories, and dimensional anomalies. More information can be found in the following overview:

There’s good news about Braid Anniversary Edition for Nintendo players, as the game is still in the works for Switch – and we have a release date of April 30, 2024.

After it was announced in 2020, the game just recently resurfaced. However, the Switch version was nowhere to be seen – leading many to believe that the Switch version was cancelled. It did pop up during today’s Indie World Showcase, however, and it’ll launch next year as is the case with other platforms.
