Pre-orders for The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD went up on Amazon U.S. last week, but we know that those of you in Canada have been waiting on some news. Finally, reservations are up for you guys as well. You can reserve the Zelda: Twilight Princess HD bundle on Amazon Canada here.

On one of its Twitter accounts, Best Buy announced a new amiibo exclusive for Canada. The Animal Crossing figure Lottie will only be sold at this retailer in the country. Pre-orders are live here.

Will Lottie be exclusive to Best Buy in the United States as well? Only time will tell!

As expected, the 30th Anniversary Mario Modern Color amiibo will be exclusive to Walmart in Canada. That information comes from one of the retailer’s latest circular. Chances are that this figure will be exclusive in North America as well, but we’ll keep you updated.

It also seems that the Dr. Mario amiibo is a Walmart exclusive in Canada. In the Unitd States, the figure is only available at Target.

There will be only one way to purchase a Dark Pit amiibo in Canada. Best Buy has obtained exclusivity for Dark Pit in the country, meaning no other retailers will be selling the figure.

Best Buy’s Reward Zone Gamers Club Twitter account confirms:


Dark Pit was previously confirmed as a retailer exclusive in the U.S. Palutena also arrives on the same day, and should be available at all stores.

Nintendo will be increasing the price of amiibo in Canada starting on April 1. Figures will now cost $15.99 CAD rather than $13.99 CAD.

“The price increase is in direct response to current and future projected exchange rates between Canadian and US dollars,” Nintendo said. “Retailers are free to set their own prices.”

In other news, we’re hearing that the gold Mario is coming to muliple retailers in Canada. This is due out on April 10 for $15.99.
