Tengami will launch on Wii U this June, developer Nyamyam has confirmed to ONM. The game previously had a vague Q2 2014 window for the eShop. If you’re looking to pick up Tengami sooner, check out the just-launched iOS version.

PhobosLab has confirmed plans to bring XType Plus to the Wii U eShop. The arcade shooter, first made available for browsers, will head to Nintendo’s console later this year.

PhobosLab’s Dominic Szablewski has confirmed to Nintendo Life that XType Plus will sport a few extra bells and whistles on Wii U – a Plus Mode, online leaderboards, a replay system, general gameplay enhancements, a new menu system, more music, more sound effects, and reworked visuals.

HullBreach Studios is now an official, licensed Wii U developer. The indie team shared the news on Twitter, writing:


HullBreach Studios will be bringing its first Wii U title, HullBreach: Uncloaked, to the eShop sometime in the future.

Gem Break will be coming to the Wii U in Q4, creator Mike Rowlands has confirmed. That means we’ll be seeing the title on the eShop between October 1 and December 31.

Gem Break is a strategy/casual-type game, based on the HTML5 WebKit technology within the Nintendo Web Framework, and is influenced by the likes of Peggle. At launch, it’ll come with “over 100 great and fun levels”.

R & P Studio has announced “Adventure Thru 8-Bit Land” for the Wii U eShop. A release is planned for later in 2014.

The Wii U-exclusive side-scroller supports off-TV play as well as the Pro Controller. Additionally, the studio has passed along the following information about its project:

Back in 2009, Nocturnal released Flowerworks for WiiWare. Now the studio is wrapping up a souped-up version, Flowerworks HD: Follie’s Adventure, for the Wii U eShop.

Nocturnal hasn’t shared many details about what’s new in this version, though “more information about the game and its features will be announced in the coming weeks.” The game has already been submitted to Nintendo and should be out soon.
