OMORI

OMORI, which was previously confirmed for Switch in 2019, resurfaced during today’s Indie World Showcase. It was revealed at the event that the game will head to Nintendo’s console in Spring 2022.

Here’s a brief overview of OMORI:

Record of Lodoss War physical

Playism has announced that Record of Lodoss War: Deedlit in Wonder Labyrinth will be receiving a physical release in Japan. That’s in contrast to the rest of the world, as most regions will have a digital version only.

Record of Lodoss War: Deedlit in Wonder Labyrinth will support English physically. Other languages include Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Korean, Spanish, German, Italian, French, Brazilian Portuguese, and Russian.

We’ll have to wait a bit longer for Record of Lodoss War: Deedlit in Wonder Labyrinth in the west. The game has been delayed in North America and Europe, publisher Playism announced today.

Playism did not indicate why the release has been pushed back. However, the company said in a statement: “We deeply apologize for the disappointment and inconvenience caused to all who have been looking forward to this release.”

Red Art Games has just confirmed that not only will 2D action-exploration Metroidvania game Record of Lodoss War: Deedlit in Wonder Labyrinth be seeing a physical release in Japan, but in North America and Europe as well. From their official twitter:

DEEEER Simulator gameplay

Ahead of its debut on Switch later this week, we have gameplay of DEEEER Simulator: Your Average Everyday Deer Game. Today’s video shows off a half hour of footage.

Here’s some information about the title:

DEEEER Simulator physical

DEEEER Simulator: Your Average Everyday Deer Game won’t be a digital only title on Switch, as a physical version is happening – in Japan at least.

The slow-life town destruction game was first confirmed for Nintendo’s console back in August. While it appears to be a digital only title in most regions (at least for now anyway), the Japanese physical edition will work in all regions. It supports English, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean language options. Fans will be able to import the game and play it on their Switch system regardless of origin since the console is region free.

Playism and White Owls have rolled out a new update for The Good Life on Switch, addressing several major bugs with new fixes and tweaking some aspects of the game’s difficulty. Here are the full patch notes:
