Pokemon Omega Ruby

The video above was just uploaded to the Nintendo Family Channel over on YouTube. It’s a random promotion for Pokemon Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire!

Speaking with Forbes, Nintendo of America president Reggie Fils-Aime shared more information regarding the 3DS’ strong success in the U.S. during the month of February.

We learned a couple of days ago that 3DS hardware sales are up 90 percent year-over-year. Fils-Aime also revealed that the handheld sold more units this February than the past two Februaries combined.

The New 3DS launch was the main catalyst behind the 3DS’ overall boost last month, and Fils-Aime noted that the system drove sales because “consumers are always looking for a reason to upgrade.” Nintendo believes that “making ongoing improvements to a hardware system really pays longterm dividends”.

Update: European code is POKEMON380381.

The new Pokemon Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire Eon Ticket serial code is now live. By using the code “2015LATIOSLATIAS”, players can get their hands on a ticket. This should be valid through Monday.

Have you been unable to obtain an Eon Ticket in Pokemon Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire? Well, good news! A new (and arguably simpler) method of obtaining a ticket is on the way.

Starting on February 27, a series code will be distributed on the official Pokemon website, which in turn allows players to nab an Eon Ticket. It can be used to obtain Latias in Omega Ruby or Latios in Alpha Sapphire. The promotion lasts through March 2.

Thanks to Cameron for the tip.

This month’s CoroCoro has started to leak. In the magazine, it’s revealed that those who pre-book tickets for the movie “The Archdjinni of the Rings – Hoopa” in Japan can participate in a distribution for Arceus. The Pokemon knows the moves Judgment, Blast Burn, Hydro Cannon and Earth Power. Additionally, it comes with the item Silk Scarf.

Arceus will be obtainable by pre-booking tickets between March 7 and July 17. It’s redeemable between June 20 and August 31.

We have a small tidbit about the movie itself as well. There will plenty of legendary Pokemon, including Lugia, Palkia, Giratina, Dialga, Kyurem and Arceus.

By pre-booking, you’ll also receive another legendary Pokemon out of these six revealed for the movie, though the specific six you get one of are not known at the moment.

That’s not all from CoroCoro. It’s also revealed that the Shiny Rayquaza will be distributed through the magazine, and it can be obtained even if players nabbed the one at the World Hobby Fair. Specific details will be announced sometime in the future.
