This week’s GameStop ad makes mention of a new pre-order offer for Yo-kai Watch 2. By reserving both versions, you’ll be able to obtain a pair of keychains. Quantities will be limited, and will be distributed while supplies last.

Update (8/16): The Super Mario 3D Land Edition New 3DS can now be pre-ordered on Amazon Canada.
Original (8/14): Target is now taking pre-orers for the Super Mario 3D Land Edition New 3DS. Get yours in here.
You’ll only be able to purchase this bundle at Target and Walmart. The latter retailer hasn’t opened pre-orders just yet.

Amazon discounts pre-orders for upcoming LEGO Dimensions packs

The next wave of LEGO Dimensions content is slated for September 27. New packs based on Adventure Time, Ghostbusters, and more will begin to hit store shelves.
Amazon is taking pre-orders for all of the new items, and has significant discounts. The Ghostbusters Story Pack for instance is down to $30 from $50. You can see all of the pre-order discounts here.

We’ll have our full weekly pre-order post this weekend, but there are a few titles that we wanted to make note of early. A trio of games can now be reserved on Amazon: Darksiders Warmastered Edition, Shantae and the Pirate’s Curse, and SteamWorld Collection. Those who have a Prime membership can save 20 percent on each.

Original (8/9): Retailers are beginning to take pre-orders for the new Nintendo Selects and Wii U amiibo bundles Nintendo announced earlier today.
Five Nintendo Selects are currently up on GameStop here. Amazon Canada is now taking reservations for all except nintendogs + cats here.

Update (8/6): Z-Crystal 9 Pack now up for pre-order on Amazon here.
Update (8/4): Was out of stock for a bit on Amazon, but it’s back now. GameStop is also taking pre-orders for the “Z-Ring Crystals 3 Pack”.
Original (8/3): A whole bunch of Pokemon Sun/Moon information was unleashed earlier in the week. The latest update included details on new Pokemon, the island challenge, and Z-Moves.
Z-Moves are powerful attacks that can be executed once per battle when a Trainer and Pokemon’s wishes resonate with each other. They can be performed with the Z-Ring fitted on a Trainer’s arm, with Z-Crystals set into it. If a Pokemon holds the same type of Z-Crystal, the two will be able to resonate with one another.
The Pokemon Company is teaming up with Tomy to bring out a real-life version of the Z-Ring and Z-Crystals later this year. When a player using the Z-Move, the Z-Ring lights up, vibrates, and emits sounds to go along with what’s happening in-game.
Pre-orders for the Z-Ring (Set) are starting to live. It includes the Z-Ring, three Z-Crystals, and a 2-inch Pikachu figure. For those in the United States, you can place an order on Amazon here or GameStop here. In Europe, pre-orders are live on Amazon Germany here. We’ll keep you informed about other pre-order news.

Elise from Fire Emblem Fates will be receiving her own Nendoroid next year. Pre-orders are now starting to open for the figure, including AmiAmi and Good Smile Company. There’s nothing on Play-Asia yet, but we’ll let you know if that changes.
